Handyman pricing

For small works it is uneconomic to spend time on assessment visits and full quotations.

It is more practical for you to tell me about the jobs, preferably by email or contact form and I can then give you an idea of the likely time and cost involved. If it's a more complicated job, then I'll come and assess it.

All labour prices exclude the cost of materials.

I carry everyday fixings, silicones, sealants, fillers, sandpapers, paints, varnishes, blades etc so rarely need to go away for basic materials

I do NOT charge Vat, there is no extra 20% added

Larger projects and workshop pricing

When you are considering a larger project or a workshop job I will meet with you to discuss your ideas. I can then produce a quotation or, in rare cases, an estimate. There is no charge for the initial meeting, basic design, follow up meetings or the quotation.

If there is a significant amount of design time involved I have to charge a fee but I will discuss this with you.....
